This service is for absentee owners of Tybee Island vacation homes and rental properties.

It is based on our experience with the most common maintenance problems at rental and vacation homes.  It is designed to reduce or eliminate “emergency” repairs; reduce guest complaints and dissatisfaction; and keep your property in the best possible condition. 

 

What's Included:

• Monthly (or twice monthly) visits and walk through of the property
• Inspection of over 50 property maintenance items
• Routine maintenance (replace bulbs, smoke alarm batteries, A/C filters, etc.)
• Key storage and help with “lockouts”
• Scheduling and access coordination for repair work
• I have working relationships with local painters, roofers, carpet cleaners, carpenters,
  pressure washers, appliance repair and A/C service technicians, plumbers, electricians,
  and exterminators.

Cost:

• $40 for once-a-month visits
• $70 for twice monthly visits. 
• A 10% discount is available if the service is pre-paid quarterly
  ($108 for once-a-month; $189 for twice monthly).
